Our steak is exclusively sourced from Alec Jarrett – an award-winning, family-run business in the West Country. Founded in 1926, Alec Jarrett’s long-established expertise shines through in the excellent quality of the cuts they supply. Livestock are reared on open pastures before being aged for a minimum of 35 days, to create an unrivalled depth of flavour.
Celebrating the best of British, our cheese cart features a handpicked selection from top UK producers, while our artisan pastries made on-site by our classically trained chef. And, of course, our eggs are always free-range, British and organic.
As for our drinks, pull up a stool at one of our bars, and you’ll find our exacting standards don’t stop at our kitchens. We’re proud to present our extensive wine list, created in collaboration with Rothschild wines. Featuring flavours from around the world, you’ll also spot our very own Kitty Hawk cask wine.
